1. In this section of the site, JSC “Valenta Pharm” discloses information about prescription medicines, their application, contents, features and possible contraindications. This information is intended for medical staff and healthcare professionals (persons with special secondary or higher medical education).
2. If you are not engaged in the sphere of medicine or healthcare, but still accept this Agreement thus breaching these terms, then JSC “Valenta Pharm” shall be relieved of all responsibility for the consequences of using information obtained by you on this site. The responsibility for use of information about prescription medicines obtained on the site rests with you, since the application of these medicines is permissible only after a consultation of a doctor.
3. All data about prescription medicines disclosed by JCS “Valenta Pharm” shall not be perceived as a guide or recommendation for self-medication; they are purely informative. JSC “Valenta Pharm” shall not bear any responsibility for the detriment of your health or the health of third parties as a consequence of self-medication with use of prescription medicines without doctor’s assignment or preliminary consultation of a healthcare professional.
